TLC's 2023 Healthy Lifestyle Virtual Group Challenge Series

Change your life with our healthy diet and lifestyle challenges!

Our TLC challenges are for anyone who wants to continue to challenge themselves with creating new healthy habits over time through fun weekly challenges. All are welcome! Whether you are a new, established patient or you just want to join in on the fun and challenge yourself - JOIN US! Challenges work and keep you motivated. Our goal isn’t weight loss per se, but creating healthy and sustainable habits for life. Each challenge begins with a Kick Off Event where we go over the rules, explain the challenges and give you some basics on nutritious, balanced eating. Each week, we will cover a new nutrition and healthy lifestyle topic and give you a challenge to match! We provide Weekly Challenge Trackers that you will complete and submit to us at the end of each week to keep you accountable. Our Challenge Chat, moderated by RINT, will keep you motivated and engaged during the six weeks. Share recipes, inspirations, challenges and successes with one another. There is power in the group - and everyone knows a little friendly competition can take it up a few more notches!

TIME: Tuesdays from 5:30-6:30pm PLUS additional 15 min Q&A (optional for those with questions or who want to share ideas, recipes, successes, challenges, you name it!). These classes are covered by health insurance. If they aren’t, then they are on us! We love seeing you get healthier and happier!

The power of community and group support is essential and has been positively correlated with overall health and longevity.

How does it work?

Balanced Eating Special Session

Balanced Eating Special Session

Learn how to balance your plate with fueling carbohydrates, high quality proteins and nourishing fats. Build your plate one macronutrient at a time. We will teach you how!

What Does a Balanced Eating Special Session Include?

  • A review of what RINT has to offer to help you reach your wellness goals

  • A tutorial of Healthie's tools for success, including the food and exercise journal, goal setting and secure communication tools

  • A tutorial of Living Plate Meal Planner and how to utilize this meal planning tool to find healthy and delicious dietitian-approved recipes and meal plans

  • An educational session on our Balanced Eating Guide and how to "eat healthy for life" (and never diet)

When are the Balanced Eating Special Sessions?

  • The Balanced Eating Special Sessions are offered one time every month. We will give you the dates in advance

  • You only need to attend once, but you can always attend again if you need a refresher or have questions for a registered dietitian or health coach

  • Each special session is virtual and led by a registered dietitian and health coach

  • Sessions are 45 minutes in length, however you are free to stay on for additional 15 minutes for questions and more personalized advice
